For my new permanent work contract as Airbus engineer in Hamburg, I’m looking for a

Long-term flat, starting immediately (October 2023) or slightly later

for one person.

✅ Ideally 750 -1000 € warm rent, for an independent flat / studio for one person.
(Depending on the status of the flat, the limit could be slightly flexible – Open for discussion!)
For purchase: A flat with great price-quality ratio between 200k – 320k €.

⭕ Must be able to register! (1 person)

✅ Small & cozy is great! 😊 I have once lived in an apartment of 28 m2 and spent 4 years of wonderful time there.

✅ Unfurnished / Furnished both OK!

✅ Best if within ≤15 min. range to ANY of the following train stations (Closer = Better)-

About me:

🌱 Permanent work contract from Airbus as aerospace engineer. I have worked since 10 years in the aerospace industry, always as engineer, and I plan on working for Airbus for multiple years to come.

🌱 Non-smoker. No pets.
Clean SCHUFA record.
Proofs of salary can be provided as reference when needed (Netto income of approximately 3600-3800 Euro / month).
